2. Data we collect

Account data — name, email, company name, business website, country, intended usage, estimated volume, password hashes, verification tokens, and admin review notes.

Service configuration — tracking links, domains, destinations you configure, custom parameters, API keys (hashed), and feature flags such as Privacy Mode or Bot Detection.

Click / technical metadata — timestamps, tracking identifiers you place in URLs, redirection_url, User-Agent derived device/browser/OS labels, coarse country or edge signals when available, campaign ValueTrack fields you choose to pass, HTTP headers needed for redirect integrity, and billing classification. We avoid unnecessary retention of raw personal data in click logs.

3. Why we process data

• Provide, secure, and improve the Service;
• Authenticate users, approve accounts, and prevent abuse;
• Execute redirects and generate reports/exports you request;
• Bill subscriptions and usage, and communicate service notices;
• Comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy;
• Investigate fraud, phishing, malware, and other illegal or prohibited activity.

4. Legal bases

Depending on applicable law, we rely on performance of a contract (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement), consent where required for optional communications, and legal obligations (tax, sanctions, law enforcement requests).

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with: hosting and infrastructure providers necessary to run the Service; payment or accounting processors when billing is enabled; professional advisers under confidentiality; and authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or investigate illegal activity. Advertisers remain responsible for data they collect on their own landing pages after a redirect.

6. International transfers

The Service may be hosted or administered from facilities outside your country (including the UAE and other regions used by our infrastructure providers). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

7. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for billing, disputes, and legal compliance. Click logs are retained for analytics, billing, and security for periods we determine based on operational need, then deleted or aggregated. You may request deletion subject to legal retention requirements.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures such as hashed passwords, access controls, transport encryption (HTTPS/TLS), and least-privilege administration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use strong passwords and report suspected compromise promptly.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data we hold about you, and object to certain processing. Contact support@mediaspades.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where you live or work.

10. Children

The Service is for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Illegal or exploitative content involving minors is strictly prohibited under our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

11. Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies or similar storage for session authentication and security. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the marketing site by default. Tracking links you create may pass parameters you configure; Privacy Mode can suppress referrer leakage to destinations.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date.
